Annals of GIS是国际华人地理信息科学协会（CPGIS）的会刊，创刊于1995年，原名Geographic Information Sciences: A Journal of CPGIS，于2009年改现名。Annals of GIS是一本开放获取的国际性同行评审期刊，发表高质量的原创性研究。荣誉主编为香港中文大学林珲教授，主编为威斯康星大学朱阿兴教授，副主编为南京师范大学闾国年教授，执行主编为南京师范大学陈旻教授。
Annals of GIS旨在鼓励地理信息科学领域相关理论、方法和应用等原创思想的跨学科交流，主要发表遥感和数据采集、地理信息系统地理可视化和虚拟地理环境（VGE）、空间分析和建模、不确定性建模、地理大数据分析、自然资源、生态系统、城市管理以及其他人文和社会科学领域的应用等地理信息分析相关的理论、方法及其在其他领域应用的原创性文章。该刊每年一卷，每卷四期。截至目前，Annals of GIS 已经出版29卷86期，共680篇文章。目前本刊已经被ESCI、Scopus等国际知名数据库检索。2022年影响因子（IF）达5.0，5年影响因子(IF)为4.3。
