2017年创刊的首个智能网联汽车专业期刊《Journal of Intelligent & Connected Vehicles》由清华大学车辆与运载学院承办，目前已形成了聚焦智能网联汽车与交通的学术前沿特色，被评为T1类汽车行业高水平权威期刊。
Journal of Intelligent & Connected Vehicles由清华大学智能网联汽车与交通研究中心主任李克强教授担任主编，中心副主任王建强教授担任执行主编。建刊三年以来，已刊载国内外智能网联汽车与交通研究领域的高水平学术论文30余篇。

Instructions for Authors
Journal of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles (JICV) publishes peer-reviewed, open access papers covering all aspects of intelligent and connected vehicles (ICVs, including cars, buses, vessels, and trains) technology. JICV welcomes theoretical articles, technology reviews, and case studies from multiple fields such as mechanical/automotive engineering, communication engineering, electrical and electronic engineering and computer, and network science. The area covers but is not limited to:
• Environmental perception for ICVs.
• Deployment and operations of ICVs as elements of intelligent transportation systems.
• HD map and localization for ICVs.
• V2X and Vehicle Infrastructure Cooperative Systems.
• Intelligent driving decision and control.
• Modelling and analysis on drivers’ behaviors.
• HMI and co-driving.
• Functional safety evaluation on ICVs.
JICV is a fully open access journal. It is co-published quarterly by Tsinghua University Press and IEEE on behalf of the State Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy (Tsinghua University, China). At its discretion, Tsinghua University Press will pay the open access fee for all published papers from 2023 to 2025.

Submission of a manuscript to Journal of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles implies: that the work described has not been published before in any format including in languages other than English; that is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its submission and publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
Permission
Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or texts that have already been published elsewhere (including the authors’ own previous papers) are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner (the publisher of the journal, not the authors of the paper) and to state clearly in the figure/table caption or other appropriate locations in the manuscript that such permission has been obtained. For example: (author(s), year; reproduced with permission, © Copyright-holder Copyright-year). Any content received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors. It is the authors’ responsibility to retain an electronic or hardcopy of the permission.
