近日，由中国海洋大学与崂山实验室联合主办的英文学术期刊Intelligent Marine Technology and Systems（以下简称IMTS，中文名称《智能海洋技术与系统》）、由中国海洋大学和国家海洋信息中心联合主办的英文学术期刊Marine Development（以下简称MD，中文名称《海洋发展》）在Springer Nature国际出版平台正式创刊出版。IMTS、MD两本国际学术期刊通过开放获取（Open Access）的方式向全球发表相应学科最前沿的研究进展。
IMTS依托中国海洋大学和崂山实验室学科优势与科研平台，全角度涵盖“人工智能-海洋科学与技术”研究领域，包含海洋人工智能和海洋大数据、海洋环境感知、海洋装备及工程等三大学科领域，致力于创办人工智能与海洋技术交叉研究领域国际一流学术期刊。
MD是由中国海洋大学和国家海洋信息中心共同主办的海洋人文社会科学及交叉学科的学术期刊，聚焦海洋经济管理、海洋资源环境和全球海洋治理相关领域的最新研究成果，旨在打造覆盖“海洋经济管理-海洋资源环境-全球海洋治理”研究领域的高水平英文期刊。
IMTS、MD的创办既为国内外相关领域的研究者提供了一个了解学术发展趋势、探索学术前沿方向、促进学术成果交流的国际合作平台，也是中国海洋大学期刊国际化建设的重要成果，优化了学校海洋特色学术期刊群的结构，对学校ESI前1%的优势学科支撑作用显著增强，将为服务国家海洋强国建设、助推学校“双一流”建设做出积极贡献。

Intelligent Marine Technology and Systems journal publishes Research Paper, Review, Letter, and Case report.
Manuscript Submission
Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.
