Author Guidelines
1. SUBMISSION
Thank you for your interest in Asian Journal of Control. Authors should kindly note that submission implies that the content has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. If manuscript is previously included in the proceedings of a scientific meeting or symposium, Authors need to enhance the contribution of manuscript by 30% to 40% more and illustrate the new contribution in addition to last submission in the manuscript when submitting it to our journal.

Submission Files
Authors are required to submit the following files: Cover letter; Title page; Abstract; Main document. The journal accepts Word files and LaTeX.
After acceptance authors will be asked by the Editorial Office to provide high-resolution versions of figures, and authors of Review and Regular Papers will be required to submit a 100 word biography of each author with a photo.
LaTex Class Files
Papers are typeset, wherever possible, directly from the author's LaTeX file. Asian Journal of Control has its own LaTeX class files located here:

Authors are encouraged to use these, although other class files can also be accepted.
Authors should supply the following files for typesetting:
The LaTeX source code (text, figure captions and tables, preferably in a single file), along with all other files needed for compiling. This is particularly important if authors have used any LaTeX style or class files, bibliography files (.bbl, .bst. .blg) apart from those used in the Asian Journal of Control class file. Author-defined macros should be kept to a minimum or avoided wherever possible.
Electronic graphics files for the illustrations in Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), PDF or TIFF format. Authors are requested not to create figures using LaTeX codes.
2. AIMS AND SCOPE
Asian Journal of Control publishes papers on original theoretical and practical research and developments in the areas of control, involving all facets of control theory and its application. Asian Journal of Control is the first international journal on control originating from the Asia Pacific region. The journal is affiliated with the Asian Control Association (ACA) and the Chinese Automatic Control Society (CACS).

3. MANUSCRIPT CATEGORIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Manuscript Types
Asian Journal of Control accepts articles of the following types:
Review Papers (14 printed pages). Extensive reviews of established or emerging research topics or application areas.
Regular Papers (10 printed pages). Presentations of significant research, development or application of control concepts.
Brief Papers (4 printed pages). Brief presentations of new technical concepts and developments.
Excess Page Charges
The Asian Journal of Control allows up to a certain a number of pages for each article to be published free of charge. If, however, your paper exceeds the number of free pages then you will be charged for additional pages at the following rates:
For Review Papers, US$100 for each page in excess of 14 typeset pages
For Regular Papers, US$100 for each page in excess of 10 typeset pages
For Brief Papers, US$100 for each page in excess of 4 typeset pages
Excess page charges do not apply to papers published in Wiley’s Open Access program.
4. PREPARING THE SUBMISSION

Authors for whom English is a second language may choose to have their manuscript professionally edited before submission to improve the English. Visit our site to learn about the options. All services are paid for and arranged by the author. Please note using the Wiley English Language Editing Service does not guarantee that your paper will be accepted by this journal.

Manuscript Format and Style
General Format
Manuscripts should be submitted as Word/PDF documents (.doc, .docx, .pdf; not write-protected), single-spaced with numbered pages.
Papers of length exceeding 20 single-spaced, typed pages are strongly discouraged. The Editor reserves the right to refuse to consider such papers.
Spelling should be in American English.
