Submission Guidelines
Submission of Manuscripts
Only original papers will be considered. Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has not been, will not be, nor is at present submitted elsewhere, and that its submission for publication has been approved by all of the authors and by the institution where the work was carried out; in addition that any person cited as a personal communication has approved such citation. Written authorisation may be required at the editor's discretion.
Articles and any other material published in the International Journal of Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (IJSEKE) represent the opinions of the author(s) and should not be construed to reflect the opinions of the editor(s) and the publisher.
Authors submitting a manuscript do so with the understanding that if it is accepted for publication, copyright in the article, including the right to reproduce the article in all forms and media, shall be assigned exclusively to the publisher. The publisher will not refuse any reasonable request by the author for permission to reproduce any of his/her contributions to IJSEKE.
Form of Manuscript
Manuscripts must be submitted online via Editorial Manager (EM), a fully web-based submission, peer-review, and tracking system.
If you are submitting via this new system for the first time, you will first be required to register. From the account you create, you will be able to monitor your submission and make subsequent submissions.
Page Charge: There is a mandatory page charge of $30 USD per published page. Authors will receive a pdf copy of their paper and 2 free copies of the journal issue in which their paper is published.
