Review of Public Personnel Administration《公共行政管理评论》（季刊）. The Review of Public Personnel Administration publishes articles that reflect timely,rigorous scholarship on human resource management in public service organizations. ROPPA publishes articles that reflect the varied approaches used in the study and practice of human resource management. Of particular interest are studies that analyze the effects of specific human resource procedures or programs on the management function and studies that assess the impact of human resource management on the broader areas of public policy and administration. Both traditional and emerging topics are encouraged.
