Teaching and Teacher Education is an international journal concerned primarily with teachers,teaching,and/or teacher education situated in an international perspective and context. The journal focuses on early childhood through high school (secondary education),teacher preparation,along with higher education concerning teacher professional development and/or teacher education. Teaching and Teacher Education is a multidisciplinary journal committed to no single approach,discipline,methodology,or paradigm. The journal welcomes varied approaches (qualitative,quantitative,and mixed methods) to empirical research; also publishing high quality systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Manuscripts should enhance,build upon,and/or extend the boundaries of theory,research,and/or practice in teaching and teacher education. 期刊点评：这个期刊虽然是中科院二区TOP期刊，但是年收稿量还可以，目前的影响因子是3.782。我的一审是一个半月，major revision，3个月修改时间，30条意见，每条意见都针对的是一个比较具体的问题，让你马上就领会文章哪里需要进行修改。你会觉得，审稿人是真心的想让你的文章更好，更有质量。我改了很长时间，在最后几天堪堪改完，当时我就感觉，即使文章最后没有录用也值了。修改后重新外审，这次外审时间比较长，3个月时间，主要是原来的审稿人退出了2个，又重新找了1个。2审意见都是认为修改的不错，在语言方面较对一下就行，但是奇怪的是编辑给的是revision，3个月时间。我在2审回来时一看是3个月时间的修改，以为是大修，就放在那一个月时间没管，后来一看都是正面意见，后悔没仔细看，不然早就改回了。改回后大概3天就接收了。总体感觉这个期刊还是比较正规的，对于一审把控比较严格，审稿人给出的问题也是最多的，最尖锐的。二审是固定的问题，邀请审稿人给出评论，比如：文章的研究方法合不合适，结果可不可以重复等。从投稿到最后接收总共花了大约有9个月时间，如果修改的再快一点，浪费时间少一点，大概可以在6个月搞定。比国内期刊3个月外审，一点意见没有就退稿要好的多！非常推荐这个杂志。
